BOOKING
The receipt of deposit for booking by bank transfer (bank fees will be on your charge) or full payment of your stay confirms the booking. The balance payment for the booking must be made 30 days prior to arrival. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the full payment must be made for the reservation.
Reservations for Congress are subject to a minimum stay of the Congress events.
Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis, you are also encouraged to pre-book for the following year.
Any additional request such as cleaning, laundry or other service required will be invoiced separately.
We do not charge a reservation fee.
CANCELLATION
Any changes should be notified by email at least 30 days prior to the service and may be subject to an administration charge. Ace Vacation Rentals cannot guarantee any refund in case of a cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. A shortened stay will not be refunded or price reduced as all prices are fixed.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT INFORMATION
On the day of arrival, our check-in manager will be on site to show you around the property and hand over the keys. The security deposit is compulsory and will be stated on the invoice and made prior to arrival. Normally the easiest means is by credit card, a form will be provided and completed by you to authorize payment in the event of damage, breakage or outstanding payments when you leave the property.
EXTRA FEE DETAILS
This fee includes exit cleaning, linens, and towels. It will be stated on the invoice. In the event that you require extra service like a change of towels and linen during your stay, it is important to let us know at the time of the booking so that a separate invoice can be sent.
YOUR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Guests are expected to arrive and check in: from 1:00 pm to 23:30 pm, and check –out from 10:00 am if you have to check out later than 10:00 am please do let us know. 2 weeks prior to your arrival a form will be sent via email to confirm your travel itinerary.
USING THE APARTMENTS OR VILLAS FOR ANY PURPOSE:
All our properties are exclusively rented for accommodation purposes and for the maximum number of occupants indicated in your contract. If there’s a change in the occupants you need to inform us about the change. If you wish to use the apartment as an office, film screening location, meetings or to welcome clients, please do let us know about this at the time of the booking as you may be bound by certain regulations.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Upon the receipt of the deposit and balance payment, you will be notified via email that your booking is confirmed.
